Master’s degree, Social Work , Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Psychotherapy psychodynamic course or diploma
With five years of experience in the mental health field, I am a dedicated therapist who believes deeply in the power of human connection and transformation. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a diploma in Child and Youth Work, and a Master’s in Social Work. Additionally, I have completed training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, which forms the core of my therapeutic approach.
As a therapist, I focus on understanding the deep emotional patterns that influence thoughts, behaviours, and relationships. I believe that what separates mental health from pathology is not a clear divide, but a spectrum. We all navigate this spectrum, and there is always the potential for growth, change, and personal development.
I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear. In my approach, I prioritize not just applying techniques, but fostering a genuine human connection. As Carl Jung said, “Learn all the theories, master all the techniques, but when you touch a human soul, be just another human soul.” I am committed to creating that authentic, empathetic connection that allows for meaningful transformation
